The first Mule to earn All-America honors as a kick returner since 2001, Lamb was named first-team All-Centennial Conference at both kick returner and wide receiver. As a receiver, he caught a school-record 77 passes for 1,015 yards and 10 touchdowns and finished his three-year career as Muhlenberg's all-time leader with 195 receptions. At the close of the 2016 season, Lamb was eighth among active Division III players in both receptions per game (6.09) and receiving yards per game (78.5).

Schwab was a team captain for the final games of the Muhlenberg 2015-16 season. Schwab filled many roles on the football team: sideline signaler, holder, personal punt protector, and backup QB. In his final season, he was 8-12 for 63 yards and a pair of TDs. He also rushed for 45 yards and appeared in a few games as an "option threat." Coaches the QBs for 84FOOTWORK training.

A two-sport high school athlete, Lamb captained the varsity football and lacrosse teams, earning all-league honors for both sports. Jim Lamb
An ECAC Division III South Men's Basketball All-Star, First Team. Finished his final season as first on the team and fifth in the CC in scoring (14.9 ppg), second in minutes played (34.7) and fourth in rebounds per game at 7.5. His 1.7 steals per game was the second best in the CC while his 59 blocks ranked 29th nationwide. Salandra scored in double-figures in 23 games this season and finished the year with seven double-doubles. Founded 84HOOPS to initiate basketball training.
